I really enjoyed this years senior sessions. Such a great group of young adults. It's amazing how different they all are from their interests, personalities, lifestyles, hobbies etc. This session was no different. Much of my fun was watching mom and dad on the sideline trying to get their senior to smile with his teeth! There isn't a photographer out there who has had seniors who really do their best not to smile with their teeth, even after years of braces! ;) What I love is that we take lots of different shots from candids to posed. Some will have smiles and some will not. But what is most important is that you get images of your senior that fits them. Maybe your kiddos isn't one that smiles often or is shy, maybe they are the life of the party. I always try to capture them right here and right now in their life.

One thing I find interesting is that there does seem to be a correlation with first born kiddos and their personalities and well as the youngest of the family. Many times first borns have a serious side to them, they're reliable and loyal. The middle kiddos are the diplomats and learn to get along with everyone and with an even temperament and those young ones can have lots of energy, lots of friends and free spirited. But what I love most is when I am wrong and you get what you aren't expecting. It's exciting and always something that's fun to talk about during our sessions.
