LCHS Senior Prom!
As much as I loved capturing these images of this final dance of the year, this dance was a bit bitter sweet for me. My second daughter is graduating high school and this is the last formal dance. Somehow all of the dances of the last 4 years come rushing to my mind, and now they're in the past. I really loved all of the gowns, suits, shoes, corsages, boutonnieres. I couldn't believe that the guys' suits cost more than the dresses! And that's just to rent them! Yikes! Thanks to Sunflower on 4th who did a beautiful job on Sophie and Matthew's corsage and boutineer. The succulents were my favorite part! I also thought all the mom's that made their kids corsages and boutonnieres did a fabulous job as well!
I've loved taking photos for all of Sophie's friends over the years whether it's been for stomp, orchestra or dances. It's hard to believe the school year is coming to an end. I know for my daughter Sophie it's been hard too. She's not quite ready for it to be over and I can't blame her. Life from here on out zooms by. I can barely remember my high school senior prom! I wish all of Sophie's friends the best of luck in their future. They all seem to have grand plans and that's just so great to see. I hope you all remain friends and keep in touch over the years.
Thanks for having me be the one to take all of these images over the past 4 years! Love you all!
